Welp I dunno then assuming you have followed all the instructions and nothing has fixed the issue thus far I am out of ideas.

Backup you vehicles/packs/terrains folders and remove it all and clear your cache again then redownload the bus and a simple terrain(doesn't matter which) and see if the issue persists.

What version of Rigs of Rods do you have installed currently and did you clear your cache after removing the folders?

Did you remove the multiple folders in your vehicles folder?

Move your ror.log file somewhere different and then start the game and post the new ror.log that is created in 738

Hit clear, then regen cache

you regen your cache correct?

Try moving all of your mods out of the folder, regen your cache in the ror config and see if it launches with no mods.
